Tomato Harvest of the Day



We grew 4 Heirloom tomato plants this year, "Hawaiian Pineapple" variety.  I harvested many yesterday, here is a photo of them.  Today they are sitting in a 200 degree oven with fresh garlic cloves, onions, salt & pepper and a few herbs.  They will sit in there for around 8 hours.  then I will whirl them in the Cuisinart and cook down to a yummy sauce!
