Extracting Honey, Crush and Strain Method
Yesterday, July 31st, I removed 3 frames of honey from the hives. I extracted it today. Here is a frame of that capped honey. The bees cover the cells of stored nectar with wax = capping.

This is soooo cool! I need to plan my trip home next summer around honey extracting time so I can come watch the process! Too cool for words.
